Marin Home Management Owner and Founder, Nicole Brennan, has more than 20 years of experience in world class hospitality, pet care and personal assistant work. Most recently, Nicole was Director of Rooms at Sausalito’s exclusive Casa Madrona Hotel & Spa and she previously spent more than seven years at Pebble Beach Resorts. Nicole has also been a member of the management team at Camp K-9 of Marin and served as personal assistant to Mimi Haas. In these roles she ensured top notch service for both human and animal. Nicole looks forward to coordinating the same level of care for your home and family.

Marin Home Management is excited to welcome Megan Kortemeier to the Team! Megan brings with her 20+ years of experience in pet care, house sitting, and administrative skills. Megan is very mobile and is able to be at your home fulltime giving your pet(s) the utmost care and attention.

Each home visit includes:

For your home

  • Bringing in your mail, newspapers, & packages

  • Watering your indoor and outdoor plants

  • Opening & closing of window shades

  • Turning lights on and off

  • Turning the television or radio on / off

For your pet

  • Providing fresh food & water

  • Litter box cleaning (as applicable)

  • Cage cleaning as requested

  • Administering medications as needed

  • Playing and/or walking your pet

  • Brushing & cuddling if your pet permits it

Holiday Fees

A standard surcharge of $20.00 will be applied for holiday day services, and a surcharge of $50.00 will be applied for holiday overnight services. Applicable holidays include:

  • New Year's Eve Day

  • New Year's Day

  • Easter Sunday

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • The day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve Day

  • Christmas Day

Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation

  • Deposit 50% payment due at time of booking.

  • Cancellations 72 hour Advance notification of cancellation and/or any changes is required. If cancellation requested prior to 72 hours in advance of scheduled service, the deposit will be placed as a credit on the account which may be used for future visits within one year, subject to availability. If canceled within 72 hours of scheduled service, deposit subject to forfeiture.
